Due to increased demand, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. We are currently shipping only to the USA with estimated delivery times of 7-14 days on standard products and 14-30 days on pre-sale, special, and limited edition products.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?

If you accidentally ordered the incorrect item, please email us at your earliest convenience at `contact@popkultr.com`. Our team swiftly processes orders to ensure quick delivery, which means we are unable to make changes once an order is finalized and prepared for shipping.

What should I do if I placed an order with the wrong shipping address?

If you realize the shipping address provided during your order is incorrect, prompt action is necessary to ensure the safe and accurate delivery of your package. Incorrect shipping information can cause significant delays. Please take the following immediate steps to correct your shipping address:

2. Provide Required Details: In your email, please include your order number, the full name associated with the order, and the accurate, complete shipping address.
3. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will promptly update your order with the correct shipping details. You will receive a confirmation email once this update is successfully completed.

In cases where packages are returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, we can arrange for reshipment. Please be aware that a new shipping fee will be applied.

1. Changes to Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or item(s) within the order.

6. Return Shipping Cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. However, we will issue a return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

7. Our Fulfillment Centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
